  • Eileen McKone

    For over 20 years, Eileen McKone has been dedicated to helping individuals reduce stress, improve well-being, and overcome personal challenges. A decade ago, she founded The SRT Project—a specialized stress management training program created specifically for first responders.The idea was sparked by a pivotal session with an exhausted and anxious police officer who had never received formal stress management training. Recognizing a critical gap in support, Eileen developed a comprehensive, research-informed curriculum that blends mindfulness, resilience strategies, and practical tools for real-world stress. To ensure her training reflects the realities of the job, Eileen has spent extensive time training alongside police, fire, 911 dispatchers, and correctional officers, immersing herself in their culture.

    Through the SRT Project, Eileen has helped thousands of first responders build the skills and confidence to manage stress and protect their mental health.
